Edital abre inscrições para consultores no âmbito do Sinapir
The Ministry of Human Rights, through the National Secretariat for Policies for the Promotion of Racial Equality (Seppir), announces that until October 14, 2018, applications for the selection of specialized consultants with a degree in Human Sciences or Sciences Applied Social Sciences. They must have a master's degree in any area of work and have at least 3 years of experience in work related to affirmative policies, human rights or teaching Humanities or Applied Social Sciences courses in higher education.
The selected consultants will provide an on-site training module of 14h / class of policies to promote racial equality, related issues and in federated entities participating in SINAPIR. In addition, they will prepare a situational analysis report on public policies to promote racial equality in the place visited.
Within the scope of the project BRA / 15/010 - Strengthening and Expansion of the National System for the Promotion of Racial Equality (Sinapir), the notice provides up to five consulting vacancies, one of them exclusively for the self-declared black candidate. The bidding document aims to strengthen the implementation of the system, based on the consolidation of its institutional arrangements and the expansion of federative participation.
